Azz Valencia Congress Hotel & Spa - Paterna

The outdoor pool was a refreshing escape! But the staff's rude behavior and the dirty shower were major letdowns 😔

wonderful hotel, very helpful and caring staff, quiet location in the area at the evening. plentiful breakfasts and outstanding food available. new-fashioned & neat rooms for coffe during breakfast. friendly check-in and terrific customer service.

For a peaceful atmosphere, embrace the outdoor patio area at the bar for some relaxation while enjoying local cuisine.

Perfect for what I needed Out of city loction with decent restaurant, comfortable, clean etc, easy access to surrounding area.

As not very fluent in spanish i would have appreciated more satalite chanels in english.

My room was spacious, very clean, and I appreciated the large amenities offered.

The free wifi worked very well, the room was very modern, spacious and well-equipped and the included breakfast was good, if not great - perhaps because when I stayed I think the staff outnumbered the guests so it may not have been a normal service!

The location of the hotel is not ideal other than for the nearby business park. There is a Carrefour supermarket nearby and a chinese restaurant next door. The in-house restaurant has very limited opening (9-10.30pm). To go anywhere is a taxi ride (about 10-15 euros to/from the airport). The room was very hot and airless - during three unseasonally warm (20 deg +) days in January.

I really liked the hotel and thought it was great value for 4 star. The spa was also a lovely treat and very relaxing. The location is great as it's not too far from the airport, the Race track and Valencia itself. I would definitely reccomend this hotel.

The pool was nice, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

It is quite a good hotel. The staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are very helpful and went out of their way to help us and explain things to us.

The hotel is quite far away from the Town Centre. It is actually outside the city of Valencia in a small village called Paterna. It is absolutely necessary to have a car to commute to Valencia.

The hotel offers nice amenities like free Wi-Fi and a gym, great for our family of six, including four babies. The breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the effort the staff made to accommodate our requests.

My wife says that the room could use more kid-friendly facilities.

Great value with easy access and parking. Large rooms with unusual layout. Nice breakfast.

The restaurant - poor choice compared to previos visit - stick to the bar meals!

Very good position for visiting FAIR in VALENCIA, also close to airport, very good road connections to centar of city, we have very positive impresions about hotel.

Nothing to be so imortant to indicate as I dont like.
